William Cox is the founder and lead technician of Audio Visual Strategies (AVS). He has over a decade of hands-on experience providing audiovisual services and consultations for organizations ranging from large corporations to small boutique businesses across a broad range of industries, including healthcare, accounting, and hospitality. His expertise includes designing and implementing permanent AV solutions such as outfitting meeting spaces and conference rooms, as well as setting up and facilitating live event streaming.

While working for larger companies, Will noticed a recurring pattern: the focus was often not on meeting the client’s actual needs, but on maximizing spending through overly expensive, unnecessarily complicated equipment and services, while pushing certain brands for higher profit margins. He realized there was an opportunity to provide AV services built around what clients truly need — both technologically and financially. With that vision in mind, he launched AVS.
